Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident about your decision. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

1. Clinical declines — full refund

If a licensed clinician determines you are not a candidate for the GLP-1 program after reviewing your intake, you receive a 100% refund. There is no consultation fee in this case.

2. Cancellation before the medication ships

If you cancel after payment but before your medication is compounded or shipped, you are entitled to a refund minus a non-refundable consultation fee covering the clinician review.

3. Cancellation after shipping

Once the medication has been compounded and shipped, the order is non-refundable. By federal and state law, returned medications cannot be reused or resold.

4. Monthly plan

You may cancel the Monthly plan at any time before the next billing date. Already-billed and shipped months are non-refundable.

5. How to request a refund

Email info@gabmedicalgroup.com with your order ID. We process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
