Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the GAB Medical Group website and GLP-1 program. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, a US resident, and able to enter into a binding contract. The GLP-1 program is not available to pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone with conditions identified by our clinicians as contraindicated.
2. Nature of services
GAB Medical Group provides medical consultations and, when clinically appropriate, prescriptions for compounded GLP-1 / GIP medications. A doctor–patient relationship is established only after a licensed clinician reviews your intake and accepts your case. Submitting an order does not guarantee a prescription will be issued.
3. Payments
Prices are in USD and shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. The 3-Month Starter is billed once, upfront. The Monthly plan is billed every month until cancelled.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel a Monthly subscription at any time before the next billing date through your account or by contacting support. The 3-Month Starter is non-cancellable once a clinical review begins.
5. Refunds
See our Refund Policy for full details. Briefly: full refund if a clinician declines to prescribe; partial refund possible if cancelled before the medication ships.
6. Medical disclaimers
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Information on this website is general in nature and not a substitute for personalized medical advice. Always seek the advice of your physician with questions about a medical condition. In an emergency, call 911.
7. Intellectual property
All content, logos and trademarks belong to GAB Medical Group or its licensors. You may not reproduce them without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Florida.
