Shipping Policy

Compounded medications are shipped from accredited US pharmacies directly to your shipping address.
1. Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally.
2. Lead times
After a clinician approves your prescription, the pharmacy typically compounds and ships your medication within 3–7 business days. Transit time is usually 2–3 business days with expedited shipping included.
3. Cold chain & handling
Medications that require refrigeration ship in temperature-controlled packaging. Please refrigerate immediately upon delivery.
4. Signature & delivery
Adult signature is required for delivery. Make sure someone aged 18+ is available at the shipping address.
5. Lost or damaged shipments
If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at info@gabmedicalgroup.com within 48 hours of the delivery date and we will work with the pharmacy and carrier to replace it at no additional cost.
6. Shipping cost
Free shipping is included with every prescribed order — no hidden fees.
